His portfolio includes work on blockbuster features and critically acclaimed productions such as Barbie, The Devil Wears Prada 2, American Primeval, The Walking Dead, Annabelle, and American Horror Story, collaborating with top-tier visual effects studios across the industry.
Beyond his studio achievements, Val played an active role in advancing Ukraine’s visual effects industry. Combining his background in computer science with a passion for cinematography, he helped pioneer innovative technologies for integrating live-action 3D footage with visual effects.
His work has earned international acclaim, receiving individual awards for Best Visual Effects at film festivals across the United States, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Mexico, and Brazil.
